BEES SASU operates the HullSentry website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

The website has no local customer database or local email storage. The waitlist form asks only for an email address and sends it directly to Brevo, which processes it for BEES SASU according to the configured account and its data-processing terms.

After signup, an optional survey asks about your role, preferred product price, likely purchase timing, and any comments. Survey responses are stored separately in Cloudflare D1 without your email address and kept for up to 24 months. Do not include payment details or sensitive vessel, financial, or safety-critical information in the comments.

Joining the waitlist is optional and is based on the consent expressed when you submit the form. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or the waitlist communications end, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Each marketing email must provide an unsubscribe option.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site, Cloudflare Turnstile processes routine technical and security signals to protect the form from automated abuse, Cloudflare D1 stores optional survey responses, and Brevo processes waitlist submissions. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of waitlist consent by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
